Just synchronize your breathing with the sounds and lights of your Wave Angel: breathe in when the light increases, then breath out when it decreases. You can also adjust the parameters of the exercise to suit your needs, such as the tint, duration, inspiration and expiration durations, and accompanying sounds.

As an alternative to its cardiac coherence coach, Wave Angel offers you the possibility to fall asleep by simulating a natural sunset, accompanied with the natural sounds of a summer evening or the seaside. The sounds and light will gradually and imperceptibly disappear, guiding you discreetly towards sleep.
✔ Sunrise simulation for a gentle waking up
It is a ray of sunshine on your bedside table, accompanied with birdsongs or sounds of the seaside. Your Wave Angel will change from a nearly invisible red to an intense white light, in the manner of a sunrise, which will wake you up at the time best corresponding to your sleep cycle. It is up to you to adjust your optimal sunrise duration as well as the volume of the accompanying sounds.
